DIRECTIONS
Cleanse and prepare brows for application
Mix 2cm of tint and 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to brows
Remove paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover
PROCESSING TIME
One shade lighter: 5 Minutes
Two shades lighter: 12 Minutes
Three shades lighter: 20 Minutes
