Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason then please contact us within 30 days from the purchase date. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
In order to qualify for a refund the item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds provided will be for the original sale price only and any shipping costs will be forfeit.
Once you have sent the item back please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect the item. Once we are satisfied it is in acceptable condition we will contact you and provide a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll organize either a replacement or a full refund.
We may require the item to be returned, however this will be at our expense once we have inspected the fault.
Once you have returned the item please allow 14 days for us to receive and inspect it. Once we have done so we will contact you and provide a refund or replacement.

If we notify you that we have provided a refund please allow a few days for paypal, your bank or credit card company to process the request. If you have not received your funds within 3 or 4 days then please let us know.
