We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — even if you’ve already opened it.
If something’s not quite right, you can return any product within 60 days for a refund or store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
What You’ll Get
Refund: If the product is unused and still in its original packaging.
Store Credit: If the product has been opened or lightly sampled (used less than 25%).

If your product is faulty, please include:
- Your order number
- A quick explanation of the issue
- A few clear photos or video (the more info, the faster we can sort it out)
Terms & Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase
- Refunds/store credit are issued within 3 business days of us receiving your return
- For faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be provided
- If more than 25% of a product has been used, we can’t offer a refund or credit
- For multiple returns from a single order, return shipping may be charged on additional parcels
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Store credit is issued as a discount code for use at checkout
- Refunds/credit are based on the final price paid at checkout, including any discounts
