Making sure you’re happy with your purchase is our top priority.

If you’re not happy for any reason you can return a product at our expense for a refund or store credit, even if you’ve started using it.

 

REFUNDS: Provided if a product is unused and in it’s original packaging.

STORE CREDIT: Provided when a product’s packaging has been opened or the product has been lightly sampled (no more than 25% used).

 

How to initiate a return: 

Email us at  help@mylashstore.com.au, or contact us via facebook, instagram or the chat widget on our website and provide us with your order number. We will then provide you with an express post return label and instructions on what to do next.

If you believe your product is faulty please provide your order number, an explanation of the fault and any photos that might help (the more details you can provide, the faster we can resolve it for you)

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds or Store Credit are provided within 3 business days of us receiving the return and usually within 7 days of you sending it back (Returns outside Australia may take longer)
  • For products deemed to be faulty, or not as advertised, a full refund will be provided.
  • If a product is not faulty, or more than 25% has been used we will be unable to provide a refund or credit and the item(s) will be shipped back to you.
  • If additional, separate returns are made from the one order we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are provided to the original payment method used
  • Store credit is provided in the form of a code that can be used at checkout.
  • Refunds or store credit are for the final sale price of each item paid at checkout including any discounts.
  • Product return must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
