If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong one you can simply take advantage of our easy 60 day return policy and return it for a store credit.

 

Requirements:

  • Returned items must be inside the 60 day return period.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
  • Adhesives or Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned.

 

DOMESTIC RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please read the terms & conditions below carefully to make sure your return complies
  2. Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport
  3. Visit this link to purchase your return barcode
  4. Print your label and drop the return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location and they’ll print it for you.
  5. You'll receive tracking details via email so you can track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please read the terms & conditions below carefully to make sure your return complies
  2. Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport
  3. Please include proof of purchase or order number

Terms & Conditions:

 

  • Returned items must be inside the 60 day return period.

  • Items that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you
  • All returns are for store credit in the form of a digitial gift card for the final sale price of the items after any discounts were applied. Any shipping costs will be forfeit.
  • We cannot provide exchanges as we cannot guarantee availability of stock at the time of return.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days from when we receive the return to process.

 

FAULTY ITEMS / INCORRECT ORDERS

If items you have received are faulty or not as ordered please do not use the above return process, instead contact us via the chat widget or this link for assistance.
