    I bought the oxidant cream to use for eyelash and eyebrow tinting. The consistency allows for it to mix really well with the tint and isn’t lumpy at all. It forms the perfect creamy texture to apply the tint to lashes and brows and is super easy to control. I definitely prefer the oxidant to the liquid.
