AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• A range of shipping options will be available to at checkout to best suit your needs.
• Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping & will be sent via express post or startrack premium
• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment (Same day for orders placed before 1pm Melbourne Time)
• A tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched

While we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames, most parcels do arrive within the times stated below.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Duties & taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of any local taxes or duties that may apply before placing your order
• Prices will vary depending on location & order size
• All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment

• A tracking number is sent via email once your order is dispatched

• If you are not able to sign for your order it will be returned to your local post office for pickup. In the event your order is not picked up it will be sent back to us where we will refund your order minus any shipping & handling charges.
