Professional Use Only - Not to be applied to own lashes

Shake for a full minute before each appointment. Results will be poor if adhesive is not mixed well.
Use a sponge or foil to wipe down nozzle thoroughly after use and ensure cap is replaced tightly. (Use red nozzle pin if it becomes clogged)

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and skin and seek immediate medical assistance in case of emergency

Why isn't my retention lasting as long as it should?

Check three things first. Room conditions: this adhesive is built for 21–28°C and 50–70% humidity, and drying too fast or too slow both weaken the bond. Dispense a fresh drop approximately every 15 minutes rather than working from one drop all appointment, since exposed adhesive skins over. And check base attachment: the extension needs full contact with the natural lash, no gaps, roughly 1–2mm from the lash line. If all three are right and retention is still short, the bottle may be past its one-month open-shelf life.

My glue has gone stringy or isn't flowing properly — what's wrong?

This is almost always age, not a faulty bottle. Once opened, this adhesive is rated for one month before performance drops. After that it can turn stringy or crystallise at the nozzle and lose hold even if it still looks usable. Write the open date on the bottle so you know exactly when to replace it. Store it upright, cap tight, away from sunlight and heat between uses, and shake for a full minute before each appointment. Unmixed adhesive is one of the most common causes of poor retention we hear about.

Which size should I get, 5ml or 10ml?

The 10ml suits a full-time lash artist working multiple sets a week, with better value per ml and less frequent reordering. The 5ml is the better starting point if you're trialling Strong Hold for the first time or lashing part-time, since it's used up well within the one-month open window rather than sitting half-full. Both bottles are the same formula, just different volumes.

Does Strong Hold work well with a primer?

One Strong Hold review specifically mentions pairing it with our Green Tea Lash Prep & Prime beforehand, on a client whose natural retention usually ran low. Removing oil and residue from the lash gives the adhesive a cleaner surface to grip. It isn't a required step, but if a specific client is underperforming despite good technique, priming first is worth trying before switching glues.

Is Strong Hold suitable if I'm still building my speed?

Strong Hold's 1–2 second dry time isn't our fastest. That's Rapid Lash Pro at 0.5 seconds. Strong Hold sits intermediate to expert rather than advanced-only, so it's more forgiving than a true speed-glue. If you're completely new to lashing, our Easy Lash Adhesive is the better starting point. If you've got some placement experience under your belt, Strong Hold is a reasonable next step.

I’ve recently switch from this other glue I used to source locally, but after my sister recommended this glue, I brought it for myself and I will never go back!
