RefectoCil Lash & Brow Tint #2.1 Deep Blue

Deep Blue #2.1 is an intense dark blue colour especially recommended for lashes and works best with blonde or light blonde hair.

NOTE: RefectoCil Tints need to be mixed with either liquid or cream oxidant

DIRECTIONS

• Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
• Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
• Clean away with cotton wool and water

PROCESSING TIME

• Lashes: 10 minutes
• Brows: 10 minutes
