NOTE: RefectoCil Tints need to be mixed with either liquid or cream oxidant

DIRECTIONS

Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
Clean away with cotton wool and water

Brows: 10 minutes
