Light Brown #3.1 is a light natural colour that's perfect to enhance the look of light blonde to dark blonde hair.

NOTE: RefectoCil Tints need to be mixed with either liquid or cream oxidant
DIRECTIONS
- Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
- Clean away with cotton wool and water

- Lashes: 10 minutes
- Brows: 10 minutes

Therefore, it is necessary to combine your pause time according to your client's skin background so that you can achieve the desired color. Also be careful with cleaning the contour so as not to stain the skin, you can just clean it with a cotton swab and water. With these precautions, everything will work out for both brows and lashes. I've got darker eyebrows and bought this to colour the blonde hairs to make them look thicker. If this is you, definitely recommend only using for 3-4 minutes. It's really strong stuff and it lasts!
