The Total Care System is our professional cysteamine lash lift and brow lamination system, built for controlled processing and reduced risk of overprocessing. It's designed for artists who want more control during processing and a more forgiving workflow across varied lash and brow types. The formula is vegan, cruelty free, and made in the UK.

Both systems deliver consistent, professional results. The difference is in the processing experience. The Pro System is TGA-based and processes faster, making it well suited to high-volume work and artists who want strong, quick results. The Total Care System is cysteamine-led with a small amount of TGA support, giving you more control during processing and reducing the risk of overprocessing -- particularly useful when working across a range of lash and brow types. Neither system is better than the other. They suit different ways of working.

The processing times are adjusted by hair type to ensure consistent results. Artists switching from a traditional TGA system will find the Total Care System delivers reliable lifts across the full range of hair types they work with.

Yes. The controlled processing experience makes Total Care particularly well suited to fine, fragile, or previously overprocessed lashes. The reduced risk of overprocessing gives you more flexibility during the treatment and more confidence when working with delicate lash types.

Yes. Both lash lift and brow lamination appointments support traditional tinting between Steps 2 and 3. For lash lifts, the Total Care System also supports express tinting -- mix tint directly with the Step 2 solution during the neutralising step, with no developer or oxidant needed. This saves time and product cost in a single appointment. Compatible with RefectoCil and Bronsun.

Step 3 Moisturising Serum is the same formula across both systems and can be used interchangeably. However, Total Care Step 1 and Step 2 solutions must not be mixed with Pro System Step 1 and Step 2 solutions. The lash lift adhesive, balm, shields, and tools are all compatible across both systems.

Each box contains 15 sachets, with each sachet providing enough solution for 3-4 applications. That gives you between 45 and 60 applications per box.

Yes. The Total Care System is designed for professional use across all skin types. The cysteamine lash lift formula is well suited to clients with sensitive skin or eyes. We always recommend performing a patch test prior to treatment, particularly for first-time clients.

The Total Care System is generally considered safe, however we always recommend your clients speak with their GP for personalised medical advice.

Store in a cool, dark place such as a drawer or cupboard. Opened sachets should be resealed with tape and stored in an airtight container where possible.

 Sachets generally expire 6-12 months from purchase and will have an expiry date printed on them. Once opened, sachets should be used within 24 hours but will last up to a week if resealed and stored in an airtight container.
