NOTE: Blonde Brow must be mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream

DIRECTIONS
- Cleanse and prepare brows for application
- Mix 2cm of tint and 15-20 drops ofRefectoCil Oxidant Creaminto a creamy paste and immediately apply to brows
- Remove paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover
PROCESSING TIME
- One shade lighter: 5 Minutes
- Two shades lighter: 12 Minutes
- Threeshadeslighter: 20 Minutes
