DIRECTIONS
- Cleanse and prepare the eye area for application
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 dropsRefectoCil Oxidant liquidor 15-20 drops ofRefectoCil Oxidant creaminto a creamy paste and immediately apply to lashes and/or brows
- Clean away with cotton wool pads and water
PROCESSING TIME
- Lashes: 10 minutes
- Brows: 5 -10 minutes (Longer application results in more intense tint)
