Neither system is better than the other. They are different tools for different workflows, and plenty of artists keep both on hand. Which lash lift system is right for me?

We stock two professional systems, each designed around a different processing experience. The Pro System is TGA-based, built for speed, strong consistent lifts, and high-volume work. How long does a lash lift last?

Typically 6-8 weeks, depending on the client's natural lash cycle, aftercare, and hair type.

How long does a brow lamination last?

Up to 6 weeks.

Are your lash lift products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. Both the Pro System and Total Care System are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

Where are your lash lift supplies made?

Both systems are made in the UK to professional grade standards.

Are the two systems compatible with each other?

Step 3 Moisturising Serum is the same formula across both systems and can be used interchangeably. However, Step 1 and Step 2 solutions are not cross-compatible. Do not mix Pro System and Total Care solutions in the same treatment. The lash lift adhesive, balm, shields, and tools are all compatible across both systems.

Can I use lash tints with your systems?

Yes. Both systems support traditional tinting between Steps 2 and 3. The Total Care System also supports express tinting, mixed directly into the Step 2 solution, with no developer or oxidant needed, saving time and product cost. Compatible with most professional lash and brow tints, including RefectoCil and Bronsun.

Are your lash lift supplies safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, both systems are designed for professional use across all skin types. We always recommend performing a patch test prior to treatment, particularly for first-time clients.

Are your products safe to use on pregnant or breastfeeding clients?

Both systems are generally considered safe, however we always recommend your clients speak with their GP for personalised medical advice.

What is the difference between the lash lift adhesive and the balm?

The balm stays workable for longer, allowing you to continue adjusting lashes or brows throughout the treatment. Note that processing times should be increased by around 20% when using the balm. The adhesive sets more firmly and suits artists who prefer a faster, more fixed application. Both are compatible across the Pro and Total Care Systems.

How should I store my lash lift products?

Store solutions in a cool, dark place such as a drawer or cupboard. Opened sachets should be resealed with tape and stored in an airtight container where possible.

How long do the solutions last before expiring?

Sachets generally expire 6-12 months from purchase and will have an expiry date printed on them. For best results, sachets should be used within 24 hours once opened but will last up to a week if resealed and stored in an airtight container. How long does shipping take?

How many treatments do I get per kit?

Both system kits give you up to 60 treatments per kit, depending on your usage and application method. That's up to 50% more than most competing lash lift kits, which typically offer 15 to 30.
